Okay, maybe it's not "perfect" for everyone but there are so many ingredients that can be changed around in an açai bowl that I'm sure a perfect combo is out there for you!
Here are a few reasons I really enjoy throwing one of these together:
It's one pot, a blender to be exactIt's so versatile I can use what I have on handIt is extremely yummyDepending on what you put in it can be extremely nutritious High in antioxidantsDid I mention it's yummy???

I thought we would get the basics down first and then I'll share some of the many add in options!
So the basics include:
3.5oz Açai berries frozen or in a pre-blended smoothie pack1 Banana (use half in blend and other half on top)2T non dairy milk (coconut, rice, nut, etc)1 Pitted date1T. nut butter or sunbutter
Throw all these things into a blender until smooth, sometimes I need to add a little more milk, adjust as needed.
Now for the add ins:
Banana (as stated above, use the other half)BerriesNutsDried goji berriesGranolaKiwiPineappleSeeds (chia, sunflower, pumpkin, etc)
BOOM! You have a nutritious meal, without a lot of thought or clean up and it is so delicious!
